CIS Ombudsman Issues Recommendation on Process for Removal of Residence Conditions for Spouses and Children

The CIS Ombudsman issued a recommendation evaluating the nature and extent of problems related to removal of conditions on residence for spouses and children, and presented recommendations to address issues related to filing Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
