CIS Ombudsman Issues Message on USCIS Delays in Production of EADs

The CIS Ombudsman’s Office issued a summary of USCIS actions taken to mitigate delays in the production of Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), including a reminder of USCIS’s announcement that individuals can use certain original Form I-765s as a List C document.
