CIS Ombudsman Recommendation on USCIS Pilot Programs

CIS Ombudsman’s 2/25/05 recommendation to USCIS that whenever it implements a pilot program that directly impacts customer service, USCIS either publish public notice regarding start and end dates or provide 30-days notice before terminating the pilot program.
