|Credit Restrictions:||Attorneys can earn no more than 8 credits in one day. Kansas does not approve live webcasts, seminars, or OnDemand programs for credit.|
|AILA's Reporting Requirements:||AILA does not report attendance, but provides the Kansas affidavit.|
|Attendee Compliance for CLE:||Each attendee must submit and affirm the sessions they attended using webCLE. A four-digit attendance verification code is given during each session and must also be submitted. Attorneys must complete their webCLE submission within one week of the event to receive a certificate of attendance and to have their attendance reported.|
|General Credit Requirements||12 total credit hours per compliance period.|
