Customs Directive on Seditious Matter and Political Propaganda

A 8/29/86 Customs Directive provides procedures for seizure of inadmissible seditious matter and specifies admissible materials, such as political propaganda. Guidance obtained through the CBP FOIA Library and superseded by a 7/27/01 directive.
