DHS Announces Agreement with Bermuda on Pre-Clearance for Airline Passengers

On 4/23/09 DHS announced a new agreement on aviation preclearance security operations with Bermuda. Under the new agreement, airline passengers with CBP pre-clearance in Bermuda will be treated as domestic passengers upon arrival in the U.S.
