United States and Mexico Announce Agreement for Cross Border Public Security Communications Network

DHS and DOS announced that senior officials on the United States-Mexico High-Level Consultative Commission on Telecommunications (HLCC) have signed a bilateral telecommunications agreement focused on strengthening border security.
