DHS Delegates Criminal Misconduct Investigative Authority to CBP

CBP press release announcing that, in response to a U.S. Government Accountability Office recommendation, CBP now has the authority to investigate its employees for alleged criminal misconduct and will convert qualified internal affairs employees from general investigators to criminal investigators.
