DHS Releases Guidance on Treatment of Individuals Previously Subject to NSEERS

An 4/16/12, DHS memorandum provides revised guidance on the treatment of individuals previously subject to NSEERS. The memo clarifies that negative consequences for failure to comply with NSEERS will only attach where it is found that the failure was willful.
