DHS Issues NIE for Certain Noncitizen Nonimmigrants Entering the U.S. From Ukraine

Effective now until March 1, 2022, due to the Level 4 Travel Advisory on February 12, 2022, regarding the situation in Ukraine, DHS has issued a national interest exception to permit entry of certain noncitizen nonimmigrants from Ukraine into the U.S. The exception details travel requirements.
