DHS Issues Reminder of Citizenship Document Requirements at Ports of Entry as of 1/31/08

DHS issued a reminder that citizenship and identity documents will be required when entering the U.S. through land and sea ports of entry as of 1/31/08. Entry will no longer be permitted by oral declaration of citizenship alone.
