Secretary Chertoff's Remarks on the State of Immigration and the No-Match Rule

On 10/23/08 DHS Secretary Chertoff provided remarks that included comments on the supplemental final rule on SSA no-match letters. He indicated that DHS will be asking a California district court to lift the preliminary injunction barring implementation of the final rule (72 FR 45611, 8/15/2007)
