DOD Provides Quarterly Report on SIVs for Afghans

DOD's Office of the Inspector General provides its quarterly report to Congress and confirmed that the U.S. was able to issue 7,667 special immigrant visas from October to December, up from the previous quarter's 4,144 after there was pressure to speed up visa processing.
