OSC Technical Assistance Letter on Reverification and Change in Immigration Status

A 12/28/11 letter from DOJ Acting Deputy Special Counsel Seema Nanda provides guidance to employers who wish to use two different employment eligibility reverification processes when an employee has had a change in citizenship or immigration status.
