DOJ OSC Enters Into Settlement Agreement in Employment Verification Case

The DOJ Civil Rights Division Office of Special Counsel (OSC) entered into a settlement agreement resolving a charge alleging that Morton's of Chicago/Portland, Inc. fired a worker after rejecting her unrestricted Social Security card for Form I-9 reverification purposes.
