DOL Alert on Electronic Filing for 2015 H-2B Regulations

DOL alert on updates made to iCERT to support electronic filings based on the 4/29/15 H-2B regulations. Note, under the 2015 H-2B regulations, the due date for the Chicago NPC to issue a Notice of Deficiency or Notice of Acceptance on H-2Bs is now 7 business days, not 7 calendar days.
