DOL Announces Senior ETA Staff Changes

DOL announced that William Carlson, currently Chief of the Foreign Labor Certification Division, will become ETA Regional Administrator for Boston. Current Office of National Programs Adminstrator John Beverly will assume full responsibility for the Foreign Labor Certification Division's programs.
