OFLC Announces Extension of Emergency Procedures for Backlogged H-2Bs Through April 30, 2016

DOL alert that employers with pending H-2Bs can continue to request emergency expedites through 4/29/16. For H-2Bs filed on or between 4/2/16 and 4/29/16, the CNPC will accept requests for expedited procedures at 12:01 on 4/4/16, and will no longer accept such requests as of midnight on 4/29/16.
