DOL Alert on Extension of Staggered Crossing for Seafood Industry H-2B Workers

DOL alert that the provision permitting staggered entry of H-2B workers employed in the seafood industry under certain conditions has been extended from 9/30/14 to 12/11/14. No staggered entry of H-2B workers will be permitted after 12/11/14 absent further legislative extensions.
