DOL Announces H-2B Wage Methodology Interim Final Rule

DOL resumed processing both pending H-2B prevailing wage requests & H-2B applications for temporary labor certification based on OES wage survey data, in accordance with standards set in Interim Final Rule, on the effective date of Interim Final Rule.
