DOL Issues Memo Providing Notice of ALJs Designated to Serve on BALCA

DOL issued a memo providing notice of the Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) designated to serve on the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA). This memo supersedes the January 24, 2020, DOL memo designating DOL ALJs to BALCA.
