New Jersey Ice Cream Company Will Pay Over $82,000 for H-2B Violations

DOL press release announcing that Popsy Pop ice cream company will pay over $82,000 in civil money penalties for willful violations of the H-2B provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act for misrepresenting wages and number of positions for H-2B workers they hired.
