DOL Policy on "Single Employer" Rule

DOL advises that all employers must maintain list of all entities included within the "single employer" definition in the public file. If any entity is not readily apparent as a non-dependent, the employer as a whole must perform the "snap shot test." Memo provided courtesy of ACIP.
