DOL to Temporarily Issue Three-Month H-2B Prevailing Wage Determinations

DOL announcement that due to a court order requiring it to promulgate new H-2B prevailing wage regulations in approximately three months, DOL will temporarily issue prevailing wage determinations with a three-month validity period beginning 9/30/10.
