DOL Update on H-2B Prevailing Wage Determinations

DOL alert that effective 12/8/14, DOL will no longer issue H-2B prevailing wage determinations (PWD) based on employer-provided wage surveys in response to the 12/5/14 CATA v. Solis court order. Pending PWDs seeking to utilize employer-provided surveys will be given appropriate OES wages.
