DOL Will Accept Wage Source Changes to PWD Requests in H-2Bs

Due to longer processing times for prevailing wage determination requests (PWDRs), an employer may accept a prevailing wage based on the OES, and abandon the survey request made with the filing, without losing the receipt date of the original PWDR. Requests will be accepted until 12/31/13.
