DOS Announces F/M/J Processing Posts for Applicants Resident in Russia

Due to limited consular processing operations in Moscow, DOS has designated multiple posts for processing F, M, and J visa categories at Mission Kazakhstan and U.S. embassies Belgrade and Yerevan. This does not prevent Russia-based F, M, and J applicants from applying at another post.
