DOS Cable on No Eyeglasses Policy for Visa and Passport Photographs

DOS cable with information on the “No Eyeglasses Policy” for passport and visa photos that will go into effect on 11/1/16. Under the policy, Consular Affairs will no longer accept photographs of visa and passport applicants wearing eyeglasses, except in rare, medically-documented circumstances.
