DOS Cable on DS-260 Rollout for DV-2015 Diversity Visa Program

DOS cable stating that beginning with the 2015 Diversity Visa (DV) Program, DV-2015, all DV applicants must submit the electronic DS-260, accessible through the Consular Electronic Application Center. The DS-260 will be ready for applicants to use on May 19, 2014.
