1. Effective immediately, CA approves the inclusion of Libya as part of Embassy Tunis'' consular district for visa purposes. Pursuant to 22 CFR 41.101(a)(2), the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Visa Services authorizes consular officers assigned to Tunis to process nonimmigrant visa applications from all residents of Libya.
