DOS Explanation of Exhaustion of FY2014 Diversity Immigrant Visa Numbers

DOS announcement explaining how exhaustion of the diversity visas (DVs) for FY2014 works. To ensure all of the available DVs are issued, more than 50,000 entries are selected. However, this also means there will not be a sufficient number of diversity visas for all those who are initially selected.
