DOS Responds to Question Regarding Notification of Visa Restrictions

DOS response to a question from the 7/8/11 press briefing about notification to individuals who are subject to U.S. visa restrictions, stating that while the law does not require notification to such individuals, DOS attempts to notify the visa holder visa of the revocation.
