DOS Releases Changes to Vaccine Requirements for Immigrant, Nonimmigrant, and K Fiancé(e) Visa Applicants

DOS announced that as of October 1, 2021, the CDC will require immigrant, K fiancé(e), and some nonimmigrant visa applicants who are referred to the panel physicians to receive a full COVID-19 vaccine series. Waivers may be available where the vaccine is not available or age appropriate.
