DOS Tightens Security for Access to Proof of a Pending Passport Application

DOS has tightened security for access to proof of a pending passport application that some U.S. citizens are temporarily using to enter the U.S. from points in the Western Hemisphere. The locator number will no longer be sufficient for access to proof of the pending application.
