U.S. Embassy Libya Consular Section Reopens

DOS announcement that the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy, Libya will reopen on 8/27/2012, and will offer both nonimmigrant visa services and U.S. citizen services. As of 8/9/2012, scheduling began for visa interviews, which will take place once the section reopens.
