E-Verify Customer Satisfaction Score Climbs Five Points in Five Years

USCIS announces that E-Verify’s customer service satisfaction score increased to 87 for 2014, one point higher than in 2013 and 2012, and 23 points above the government average. The survey evaluated key features of E-Verify, such as customer service, registration, and overall satisfaction.
