USCIS Alert: E-Verify Will Dispose of Records More than 10 Years Old

USCIS will dispose of E-Verify transaction records that are more than 10 years old, effective 1/1/16. To obtain a record of cases that are over 10 years old (created prior to 12/31/05), the Historic Records Report must be downloaded before 12/31/15.
