EEOC Updates Guidance on National Origin Discrimination

The EEOC has announced the issuance of updated guidance, in the form of a new Compliance Manual section, on the prohibition against national origin discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The new guidance also includes a new Web page and a Q&A fact sheet addressing national origin discrimination in the workplace.
