AILA Executive Director to Retire

Crystal Williams, executive director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), announced to the AILA Board of Governors and staff on May 7, 2015, that she will retire effective August 14, 2015.

AILA's President, Leslie Holman, said, "Crystal Williams has been a part of AILA for 30 years, 15 years as a staff member and, for the past 6 years, leading the organization through tumultuous times for immigration law and policy. Her breadth of knowledge and steady hand will be sorely missed."

Pursuant to the organization's bylaws, the Board of Governors is taking the appropriate steps to find her replacement.
