Florida Man Sentenced After Fraudulently Posing as an Immigration Attorney

Following an HSI investigation, Elvis Harold Reyes of Brandon, FL, and owner/operator of EHR Ministries, Inc., was sentenced to federal prison for mail fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a scheme where he posed as an immigration attorney and filed fraudulent asylum applications.
