USCIS Reaches Cap for Remaining H-2B Visas for Returning Workers for FY2021

USCIS announced that, as of August 13, 2021, it has received enough petitions for returning workers to reach the H-2B visas available under the FY2021 H-2B supplemental visa temporary final rule. H-2B petitions for workers exempt from the congressionally mandated cap will still be accepted.
