ICE Memo on New SEVIS Fees

A 6/29/04 memo from Jill Drury, ICE Director, SEVP, indicating that the final fee regulation will be published shortly. The fee, which will take effect 9/1/04, will be $100 for most applicants for F, M or J status, or $35 for certain J applicants.
