SEVP Draft Guidance on F-1 Student Annual Vacation Regulation

ICE’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) is looking for feedback on draft policy guidance for adjudicators on SEVP’s interpretation of the F-1 student annual vacation regulation (8 CFR 214.2(f)(5)(iii). Feedback deadline was extended from 10/23/13 to 11/16/13.
