ICE SEVP Message on Suspension of Issuance of ALL F, M, and J Visas

A 11/18/11 SEVP broadcast message announcing that DOS has temporarily halted the issuance of all F, M, and J visas at all U.S. Embassies and Consulates due to communication difficulties between the Consolidated Consular Database and SEVIS.
