ICE’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) policy guidance removing the additional three-day mailing window, which no longer applies since notices are now conducted solely through electronic means. Guidance effective 8/15/13. Feedback deadline was extended from 10/23/13 to 11/16/13.
