INS Advises on Attaching Evidence to Petitions
Dear Ms. Vedder:
Please inform us as to the preferred method of presenting the voluminous supporting evidence for EB-11 and EB-12 cases. Would you prefer that the entire packet be Acco- fastened at the top of the page or bound on the left side? Is a three-ring binder with dividers preferred?
We would like to make our clients' Petitions as easily reviewable as possible for your examiners. We would appreciate your guidance in this regard.

Dear Ms. Wong:
This is in response to your letter of November 12, 1993 regarding the preferred method of presenting voluminous supporting evidence with petitions.
We would prefer the use of ACCO fasteners. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciate. The use of tabs may also assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for easy filing.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
