Customs Directive on Examining Documents and Papers

A 2/4/00 Customs Directive, which was reviewed on 2/1/02, provides guidelines and procedures for examining documents and papers during all Customs operations at the border. Guidance obtained through the CBP FOIA Library and supersedes a 6/12/86 directive.
