INS Will No Longer Admit Part-Time Commuter Students After 5/22/02

An INS notice from the Buffalo District Office states that, effective 5/22/02, INS will no longer admit students residing in contiguous territory to enter the U.S. to attend school on a part-time basis, unless the student had already been attending classes prior to such date.
