INS Reminds Public To Use New Adjustment of Status Form I-485

Eligible individuals who are seeking to become a legal permanent resident or "green card" holder and have not yet filed an adjustment of status application should use the new Form I-485 when submitting their application to INS. INS will no longer accept old versions of the form after 12/1/00.
