Mexican IV Cases: Change to Document Submission Rules

DOS notice that as of 11/21/16, the National Visa Center will no longer accept documents submitted by email for cases processed at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez. Applicants affected by this change have case numbers that begin with the three letter code “MEP” and their documents must be mailed.
